OUR SUSTAINABILITY POLICY
OUR PURCHASING POLICY
• We prefer the materials we purchase that have “recycled” and “environmentally friendly” labels,
• We contribute to the regional economy by working with local suppliers and try to reduce our carbon footprint,
• We are careful not to prefer products with unnecessary packaging,
• We comply with the laws and regulations in all our activities.
• We aim to develop mutual understanding with our suppliers and provide support for improvement through sustainable supply practices.
• We make sure that our suppliers are local and local production/service providers and contribute to the development and economy of the Mediterranean Region where we are located.
• We give priority to reusable, returnable and recycled goods among the products that will meet the demand.
• We monitor the purchase quantities of consumables and single-use products and reduce them.
• We avoid unnecessary packaging purchased in bulk (self.plastic).
• We work together with our suppliers to create efficient purchasing opportunities and aim to reduce environmental impacts arising from supply processes.
• Suppliers must ensure that there is no discrimination based on race, color, gender, age, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, marital status, disability and similar conditions in the recruitment process.
• We expect suppliers to comply with the regulations in force and the standards in the sector regarding minimum wage, overtime pay, working hours and breaks.
• We expect our suppliers to comply with all laws in force in the countries where they operate.
• We prioritize business partners who comply with this philosophy in our agreements.
OUR ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND WASTE MANAGEMENT POLICY
• We pay attention to our activities to reduce our waste at its source,
• We separate our waste according to its type and deliver it to licensed companies,
• We aim to reduce the amount of waste,
• We use hazardous substances and chemicals when needed and as much as necessary,
• We raise the awareness of our employees and our guests on environmental awareness, Waste Management and Zero Waste.
• We adopt efficient and economical working as a principle for the effective use of our natural resources,
• We create awareness among our guests and employees about using our natural resources consciously,
• We organize events with our staff and guests, we do beach cleaning and tree planting activities,
• We provide information about energy saving, water saving and waste reduction in our rooms and general areas in order to ensure environmental awareness,
• We have separation units in general areas and floors to separate waste at the source,
• We collect our waste in waste rooms and send them with the Regional Municipality and licensed companies,
• We collect our contaminated and hazardous waste in separate collection rooms and separate and send them with licensed companies,
• We ensure that our waste oils and pulps are sent regularly with our contracted company,
• We follow the legal processes with our Environmental Engineer and fulfill our responsibilities,
• We measure our performance in environmental management, monitor this data with targets and try to improve our performance,

• We contribute to the development of the regional economy by providing employment from the local community,
• We create a fair and peaceful working environment for our employees, a working environment where no discrimination is made and equal opportunities are provided,
• We care about the health, safety and well-being of all our employees regardless of gender,
• We support women’s participation in the workforce and offer equal opportunities,
• We act with the policy of “equal pay for equal work” regardless of gender,
• We provide the necessary environment for equal benefit from career opportunities,
• Vulnerable groups are not allowed to be subjected to any kind of abuse, harassment, discrimination, suppression, coercion, slander, etc.,
• We create an environment where all our employees’ opinions are treated respectfully,
• Discrimination is not allowed in terms of gender, language, race, age, socio-economic status, education status, ethnic origin, religious belief, etc.
• Our female employees have a total of 16 weeks of legal leave before and after giving birth. We can give unpaid leave to our female employees in the same situation upon their request,
• In our institution, we make evaluations without distinguishing between women and men in rewarding and promotion practices, only considering success,
• The employment of women is the key to their gaining economic independence and achieving greater equality between women and men in society, and we are aware of this awareness as an institution and support our female employees in this direction,

• Gender equality is one of the basic principles of the ILO’s “Decent Work for All Men and Women”. In order to ensure equal opportunities between women and men, we implement all necessary laws regarding working life in our institution and provide all kinds of social security.
OUR CULTURAL AWARENESS POLICY
• We publish information so that our guests can access the natural and cultural heritages, local products and services in our region,
• We ensure that local culture, traditions and customs are protected; We do not allow discriminatory activities regarding views, ethnic origins, beliefs and vulnerable groups. We know that visitors who come for touristic or business purposes contribute to regional development with their different cultures and that hospitality should be shown,
• We support the preservation of historical and archaeological artifacts,
• We know our geography and local society well, respect their historical values and traditions and contribute to their economic, social and cultural development.
OUR ACCESSIBILITY POLICY
• We carry out our activities by considering the conveniences for individuals with special needs (disabled, children, etc.) to access our products and services,
• We provide an environment in our facility where our guests and employees who need special protection will not be harmed in any way and where all their problems can be easily communicated and resolved,
• We constantly monitor and measure our practices and goals in our sustainability management system and initiate, plan and finalize our corrective actions when necessary.
• We care about accessibility, health and safety standards for all our guests, staff and visitors with special needs, physical sensitivities and difficulties and organize the environments where they spend their holidays or work in line with these standards.
OUR CHILDREN’S RIGHTS POLICY
• We believe that every child is important everywhere in the world and that culture should never be used as a reason or excuse for child abuse. We are aware that there are many different methods in the care and protection of children and will try to protect children in a culturally sensitive and environmentally appropriate manner.
• We are accountable and take responsibility to fulfill our obligations regarding the care of children and to take action when a child is identified as at risk or harmed.
• We strive to ensure that children have meaningful activities in making decisions that concern them, in accordance with their age and maturity level.
• We are aware that children’s personal information is confidential in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law and relevant legislation, with the privacy of private life being the first priority.
• We do not share any information about the situation of the child and their family with individuals or institutions without the explicit permission of the child and the family.
• We report all allegations and concerns about actual or suspected abuse cases involving a child or children where personnel abuse their duties or engage in criminal behavior.
• Child labor is not employed in our hotel and we expect the same sensitivity from all our business partners.
• We provide environments/facilities that contribute to the development of children within the facility, where they can express their thoughts, wishes and feelings freely, and where they can feel free and comfortable.
• We give service priority in our presentation areas,
• We provide awareness training to our staff on child rights/abuse.
• We try to raise awareness of the attitudes and behaviors of families towards their children, physical-verbal-psychological violence or neglect symptoms.
• We make sure that children are under adult supervision in the activities they participate in,
• When we witness suspicious behaviors regarding children, we first inform the hotel management and request help from the Social Support Line when deemed necessary.

We do not tolerate any form of discrimination and disrespect based on race, gender (including pregnancy), color, nationality, religion, age, disability, sexual orientation, family status, sensitive medical conditions, union membership and activities and political views. In accordance with the ILO’s conventions and recommendations, the “Universal Declaration of Human Rights” and the “UN Global Compact”, we implement a zero tolerance policy against slavery and human trafficking and expect all our Business Partners to act in this direction.
